Refund policy

At YG Konnect, we are committed to providing 100% genuine and high-quality agricultural solutions. Due to the sensitive nature of agricultural chemicals, our policy is as follows:

• Damaged or Leaked Products: If you receive a product that is leaked, damaged, or tampered with during transit, please report it to us within 24 hours of delivery. You can contact us via WhatsApp or Call with photos/videos of the damage. We will provide a free replacement or a full refund.

• Non-Returnable Items: For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for any pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers once the original seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened.

• Wrong Item Received: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will exchange it free of cost, provided the product remains unopened and the seal is intact.

• Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method or Bank Transfer.
